Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the art of leverage — how a smaller person can control and defeat a much larger opponent through technique. Our BJJ program emphasizes friendly, collaborative training: drilling, positional sparring, and live rolling at a pace that matches you. Cross-train with our San Soo students and build a complete martial arts foundation.

Your first class
Arrive 10 minutes early in comfortable clothing. We'll provide a uniform for your trial. You'll meet Sensei or a senior coach, get a brief tour, and join the class — partnered with someone the right level.
